Multi-Campaign Contribution: Research, UI/UX, Web, and Design

I have had the pleasure to collaborate with Chubbies on more than a dozen projects, research campaigns, and creative endeavors over the last two years. The published examples quickly showcase an effort to increase chubbies sales by reducing the chance a customer may abandon a product in the cart or in the product area. The first step in this was to introduce a new visual sizing reference for customers to better understand what length shorts they were purchasing. The second step was to enhance the purchase UI flow to include third party payment options (like PayPal, Venmo, etc.). The third step was to ensure that pattern, size, length, and any special offers were easily visible in the cart before checkout. To date, these new additions have reduced cart abandonment and reduced the likelihood of customers returning their products.
